Applying for the withdrawal of an accredited qualification

If an awarding body wishes to have the accreditation of a qualification withdrawn, and the qualification subsequently removed from the National Qualifications Framework, it must enter into early dialogue with the regulatory contact and then complete this form.

This document was published by the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority (QCA). The regulatory function of QCA is now the responsibility of the Office of the Qualifications and Examinations Regulator (Ofqual). Ofqual regulates qualifications and monitors national curriculum assessments in England.
