Last updated on: 08/04/2008
During autumn 2004 QCA, ACCAC and CCEA consulted and received widespread support from stakeholders with regard to the introduction of a new accreditation process, which guarantees accreditation of some new qualifications within five days. This document sets out the policy guidelines.
This document was published by the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority (QCA). The regulatory function of QCA is now the responsibility of the Office of the Qualifications and Examinations Regulator (Ofqual). Ofqual regulates qualifications and monitors national curriculum assessments in England.
