The General Conditions of Recognition refers to compliance with Regulatory Documents (see conditions B7.1 and D5.1). An awarding organisation must comply with the requirements in these documents.
We have reviewed and where appropriate revised all regulatory requirements that were in place before the General Conditions of Recognition came into force. Where possible we have withdrawn regulatory requirements. As an interim measure however, some of the previous regulatory requirements as contained in the Regulatory Documents will continue to apply, in full or in part.
