Advice for learners

Our helpdesk team have selected some of the most common advice they give:
- If something has affected your exam performance, talk to your teachers as soon as possible. They may be able to ask the awarding organisation or board for special consideration.
- If you have a problem with a teacher, you should discuss the situation with your teachers, the head of the centre or school governors.
- If you’re having a problem with your centre, school, or college you should contact the relevant awarding organisation, if they’re separate from your training centre.
- To obtain an official record of your exam results you should contact the awarding organisation or board, who will issue a Certifying Statement of Results or a letter of confirmation of results
