Qualifications Standards and Transition - QCF Regulatory Development Project.

A supplier is required to design a desk based approach to determine the basis on which QCF qualifications will be sampled and subject to scrutiny in order to ensure that qualification standards are maintained.
We require the supplier to produce criteria, a methodology to scrutinise qualifications based on information that is available in the public domain and to estimate the resource that would be required to meet a desired level of confidence.
