Ofqual and Awarding Organisations have a duty to offer high standards of customer service to its stakeholders. Ofqual has evidenced that some complaints about Awarding Organisations involve poor customer service; Ofqual conducted a perception survey in 2009 and customer service was reported to be an issue and an area for improvement. This mystery shopping exercise will help identify current issues and areas for future improvement.
