Information and advice is available to you if you wish to complain to Ofqual about the quality of service you have received from us, or if you wish to complain about an awarding organisation and have exhausted their complaints procedure.
Information is also available for anyone considering making a whistleblowing disclosure relating to malpractice or wrongdoing.
