Letter to Awarding Organsiation and Sector Skills Councils in relation to arrangements for qualification regulation in Northern Ireland

This letter sets out the impact of recent legislative changes on the arrangements for the regulation of qualifications in Northern Ireland.
It was originally sent out to Chief Executives (or equivalents) of the Awarding Organisations and Sector Skills Councils on behalf of the regulators in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
