The Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act received Royal Assent on 12 November 2009. It establishes Ofqual as an independent regulator of qualifications and assessment, reporting to Parliament.
The Apprenticeship, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009 is available on the Office of Public Sector Information website.
