Notice of meeting open to the public
A public meeting of the Ofqual Board is to be held at 13:00 on Wednesday 8 June 2011. The meeting will be held at the Herbert Art Gallery and Museum, Jordan Well, Coventry, CV1 5QP.
Members of the public are invited to attend the meeting but do not have general speaking rights. A 15 minute public question time has been scheduled at the end of the meeting and questions should be submitted in advance by email or in writing by 4pm one week before the meeting; that is by 4pm on Wednesday 1 June 2011.

Ofqual cannot guarantee that it will be possible to answer all questions submitted at the meeting. If it is not possible to answer your question in the meeting a written response will be provided.
Due to the nature of Ofqual’s work there will be some matters on the agenda for the Board meeting on 8 June 2011 that will need to be considered in private in order to allow the Board to engage in free and frank discussions. Those items to be considered in private will be clearly marked on the agenda. The agenda and public papers for the meeting will be available from the Ofqual website, www.ofqual.gov.uk, no later than 5 working days prior to the meeting.
