When I use the browser back button in the Register I get a 'Page has expired' message rather than the system taking me back to my previous search screen, why is this?
The way in which the Register has been constructed means that it can only return you to a 'cached' version of the search screen you were previously on. To ensure you are always being displayed with current data you should always use the breadcrumb trail at the top of the screen in preference to the browser back button.
Do the YPLA and SFA get information about my qualifications from the Register?
No, the information from RITS is transferred nightly to Web services. The funding agencies download this information from web services at their convenience.
