Equality Analysis Forms
Equality Analysis (EA) forms should be completed as part of an analysis or screening process involving a minimum of the Project Lead plus at least one other officer. The equality analysis process remains the sole responsibility of the Head of Service, whether it is conducted by them or not. It is strongly recommended that more than one person complete the equality analysis process.
